Library ServicesLending or Circulation ServiceThis service is concerned with lending of books and other library material to the registered members of the library for a specific period of time. For this purpose, our library follows a particular issue system (which is mentioned in the library rules and regulation section) for lending the books to the users and receiving them back from the users. Reading room ServiceReading room where the TGC central library users may read any book, journal, magazine or other materials within the specified time as determined by the library. Reference ServiceTaki Govt. College central library holds a number of useful reference sources through which any library user may get ready information to satisfy their needs for studies and research. Reprographic ServiceReprography deals with reproduction of various types of documents, such as books, journal articles etc. by photocopying, photography using some devices or machines. Our TGC central library provides this facility to its users. Career-oriented information GuidanceTaki Govt. College central library holds a number of career-related books and periodicals which the students may avail for the preparation of competitive examinations. User orientationThe basic aim of the user orientation programmes is to introduce the library and its services to the new user. |
