MEETING NOTICE

 

This is for information of all concerned that a meeting of Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) of Taki Government College, constituted in terms of RUSA-2.0 Grants, along with the Heads of the Departments of the College will be held on 23rd September, 2020 at 12:00 Noon in the Principal’s Chamber to transact the following business:

1. To consider the RUSA-2.0 Procurement related e-Tender No.118/e-TDR/2020, dt.03.08.2020, including the allied Financial Bid and subsequent settlement of the Bid following the norms of e-tendering and to conclude parleys with the First Lowest Bidder in view of better up-keeping the interest of the College and thus to proceed for actual procurement.

All the PMU members and the Heads of the Departments are requested to attend the meeting positively.
